LEDLINE PRIVATE LIMITED (operating the alamaaraa brand) provides a fully digital service. Nothing we sell is shipped physically. This page explains how delivery works, how long it takes, and what to do if you don’t receive what you paid for.
1. What you receive
On successful payment of a course subscription, we deliver:
- A single-use Telegram invite link, shown on the success page and emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
- An email receipt with the Razorpay payment id, the course you subscribed to, the tier (1m / 3m / 6m / 1y), and the subscription expiry date.
Once you click the invite link and Telegram opens, you become a member of the course channel. Channel access is your “delivered product” under these Terms.
2. How fast is delivery?
Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases, typically within seconds of payment confirmation by Razorpay. If our systems or Razorpay’s webhook are experiencing a temporary delay, delivery may take up to a few minutes. We commit to making best efforts to deliver every successful subscription within 24 hours of payment.
3. What if I don’t receive my invite?
If you have paid but have not received an invite within an hour, please:
- Check your email’s spam, promotions, and updates folders, as transactional emails sometimes land there on the first delivery.
- Check that the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
- Use our self-service recovery tool at alamaaraa.com/find-my-invite. Enter the email you paid with and the 8-character reference id from the success page, and we will email a fresh single-use invite within minutes.
- If the invite still has not arrived, email support@alamaaraa.com with the subject
Missing invite: <course code>and include your Razorpay payment id (visible on your card or bank statement).
We aim to respond within 4 business hours during the day in India (IST). If we cannot successfully deliver within 72 hours of your payment, you will be eligible for a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Invite link expiry
Each invite link is valid for 24 hours from the moment it is issued and can be used by only one person. If you fail to use the link within that window, use the self-service recovery tool at alamaaraa.com/find-my-invite for an instant fresh invite, or email us and we will mint one for you at no additional cost.
5. Geographic availability
Our service is sold in Indian Rupees and primarily targeted at IGNOU students residing in India. However, Telegram works globally, so subscribers from anywhere with a valid Telegram account can access the channel once an invite is issued. Cross-border bank charges, taxes, or currency-conversion fees, if any, are the subscriber’s responsibility.
6. Tax invoices
On request, we will issue a tax invoice (under the GST regime where applicable) for any subscription. Email support@alamaaraa.com with your billing name and (if applicable) GST registration number.
